(1) The Oregon Hemp Commission may elect to provide services, facilities and materials to commodity commissions created under ORS § 576.051 to 576.455, the Oregon Wheat Commission, the Oregon Beef Council and other state agencies and officers under ORS § 283.110.

(2) Upon request by the Oregon Hemp Commission, any other entity described in subsection (1) of this section may provide services, facilities and materials to the commission under ORS § 283.110. [2021 c.216 § 14]
