The State Treasurer shall deposit all moneys received by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS § 571.655 and 571.660 into the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. The moneys are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS § 571.655 and 571.660. [Formerly 571.370]

571.670 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 571 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
