If the Director of Agriculture finds that an appointed member of the Oregon Wheat Commission has ceased to qualify under ORS § 578.040 for membership on the commission, the director shall immediately declare the position of that member vacant. [2009 c.193 § 2]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 578.045
- Commission: means the Oregon Wheat Commission. See Oregon Statutes 578.010
- Director: means the Director of Agriculture. See Oregon Statutes 578.010
