Terms Used In 11 Guam Code Ann. § 3425

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(a) Unlawful to manufacture, sell, etc. Penalty. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to manufacture, sell, furnish, or give away, or offer to manufacture, sell, furnish, or give away any alcoholic solution of a potable nature contain- ing any deleterious or poisonous substance, and the burden of proof shall be upon the person, firm or corporation manufacturing, selling, furnishing, or giving away, or offering to manufacture, sell, furnish, or give away, any such alcoholic solution of a potable nature containing any deleterious or poisonous substance, to show that such alcoholic solution of a potable nature did not contain any deleterious or poisonous substance.

(b) Every person who violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
