  • Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
The Board shall cause all fees received to be paid into the Treasury. In the event the Board denies a license, it shall cause one-fourth (3) of the fee to be paid into the Treasury for costs of
investigation of the applicant or premises and the remainder of the fee to be returned to the applicant. A person whose license is suspended or revoked is not entitled to return of any portion of the fee.
