Terms Used In 11 Guam Code Ann. § 3518

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
The Board shall cause complete records to be kept, of all its meetings, proceedings and business, including the number, class and kind of licenses issued, denied, suspended and revoked, moneys received and disbursed and the number, kind and disposition of seizures, which records shall be open to public examination. Within thirty (30) days after the close of each fiscal year the Board shall render a report to the Governor with a copy to the Director of Revenue and Taxation of all of its activities for the preceding year based upon such records.
