Under the Guam Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

oever transports or imports into Guam for delivery or use in Guam alcoholic beverages in violation of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
