Terms Used In 11 Guam Code Ann. § 76207
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Service of process: The service of writs or summonses to the appropriate party.
Endorsements for agents and itinerant salesmen must be obtained by any person who holds himself out as an agent for others for the sale of tangible property, whether it be retain or wholesale, or by person who sell by sample or description for delivery at a later date from a place outside of Guam, the sale being conditioned on the acceptance of the order by the supplier. Such required endorsements are:
(a) Certificate from the Department of Revenue & Taxation showing that such person has legally provided for service of process to be made upon him by filing with the Director of Revenue & Taxation in the event such person may not personally be served within Guam;
(b) Certificate from the Department of Law showing that such agent or salesman can produce evidence that he is the duly recog- nized representative of the supplier of each of his products.
