e Authority shall prepare or procure the requisite number of suitable bonds and appurtenant coupons of the denominations and in accordance with the specifications contained in the indenture. The Authority shall prepare or procure the printing, engrossing or publication of any indentures, notices, contracts, agreements or other documents required or convenient for or pertaining to the issuance or sale of bonds.
