Terms Used In 5 Guam Code Ann. § 2206
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
(a) The Task Force shall meet biannually, and as needed to discuss and assess progress and recommendations.
(b) Three (3) members of the Task Force shall constitute a quorum to do business, and the affirmative vote of three (3) members of the Task Force shall be required to take any action.
