  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
An agency or autonomous or semi-autonomous instrumentality or public corporation of the government of Guam billed pursuant to this Article by the Attorney General shall make payments within sixty (60) days after receipt of the invoice. The Attorney General and each agency or autonomous or semi- autonomous instrumentality or public corporation of thegovernment of Guam may create a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to govern the relationship created by this Article.
