Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 20427

  • Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
  • Plaintiff: The person who files the complaint in a civil lawsuit.
  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
An attachment as to any real property may be released by a writing signed by the plaintiff, or his attorney, or the officer.
