Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 24108

  • Pleadings: Written statements of the parties in a civil case of their positions. In the federal courts, the principal pleadings are the complaint and the answer.
  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
e final record in the action shall set forth, in brief, the petition and other pleadings, judgment, orders, the proceedings under the order of sale, and the decree confirming the same, and the name of the purchaser, with a description of the estate purchased by him. A certified copy of such record shall be recorded in the Department of Land Management.
