Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 24433

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
ither of the referees, nor any person for the benefit of either of them, can be interested in any purchase; nor can a guardian of an infant party be interested in the purchase of any real property being the subject of the action, except for the benefit of the infant. All sales contrary to the provisions of this section are void.
