  • Legislative session: That part of a chamber's daily session in which it considers legislative business (bills, resolutions, and actions related thereto).

The auditor shall conduct an audit of the office at least once every four years and shall submit a report on findings and recommendations to the governor and the legislature on or before the convening of the next immediate legislative session. The first audit report shall be submitted no later than January 15, 1996.
