- bonds: means bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness of the State issued pursuant to this part. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 39A-221
- county: includes the city and county of Honolulu. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 1-22
Special purpose revenue bonds and the income therefrom issued pursuant to this part shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxation except inheritance, transfer, and estate taxes.
