- Center: means the center for alternative dispute resolution. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 613-1
- Legislative session: That part of a chamber's daily session in which it considers legislative business (bills, resolutions, and actions related thereto).
The center shall submit a report on its activities to the legislature at least twenty days prior to the convening of each regular legislative session.
