Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 842-3

  • Person: includes any individual or entity capable of holding a legal or beneficial interest in property and includes nonresident aliens. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 842-1

Any person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a class B felony and shall forfeit to the State any interest or property acquired or maintained in violation of this chapter as provided in chapter 712A.
