Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-3217
- Board: means the state board of social work examiners hereinafter provided in this chapter. See Idaho Code 54-3202
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person;

Any person who shall engage in the profession of social work as herein defined without a license as provided for by this act, or the rules or regulations of the board herein provided for, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
