Terms Used In Idaho Code 63-3063
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
The distraint provisions of this act shall not be deemed exclusive but shall be in addition to any and all other existing remedies provided by law for the enforcement of the revenue laws of the state of Idaho.
