Terms Used In Idaho Code > Title 73 > Chapter 5 - Coronavirus Stop Act

  • Business entity: means any person or group of persons performing or engaging in any activity, enterprise, profession, or occupation for gain, benefit, advantage, or livelihood, whether for profit or not-for-profit. See Idaho Code 73-502
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Coronavirus: means :

  • Coronavirus vaccination: means the introduction of a coronavirus vaccine into the human body. See Idaho Code 73-502
  • Foreign jurisdiction: means any state, commonwealth, country, or nation outside the state of Idaho. See Idaho Code 73-502
  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
  • person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person;
