- Month: means a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" alone, is equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.10
To file with the regional superintendent a list of all unfilled teaching positions in the district by August 1 of each year, and to report to the regional superintendent no less frequently than by the first day of every month other than August, all teaching positions which, subsequent to the filing of such list, become vacant or are filled.
