Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 110 ILCS 660/5-5
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The object of Chicago State University is to offer such courses of instruction, conduct such research and offer such public services as are prescribed by the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University or its successor, subject to the provisions of Section 7 of the Board of Higher Education Act.
