  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
     The operation of any unlicensed community or ambulatory currency exchange, or the unlawful conduct or operation of any licensed community or ambulatory currency exchange, is hereby declared to constitute unfair competition with licensed and legally operated currency exchanges doing business in the same community. Any licensee operating legally under this Act in the same community shall have the right to apply to the circuit court for and obtain an injunction restraining such unfair competition.
