Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 700/4004
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
Recipients of funding provided under this Act shall hold the State of Illinois and divisions thereof harmless for any and all claims and actions based upon and arising out of any services performed under the funding agreement by the recipient or the recipient’s associates and employees.
