  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
     Any circuit court, upon application of the Department or the licensee, may enter an order requiring the attendance of witnesses and their testimony and the production of relevant documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
