  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     This Fund is dissolved upon the transfer of the remaining balance from the Treasurer’s Rental Fee Fund to the State Treasurer’s Bank Services Trust Fund as provided under subsection (e) of Section 18 of the State Treasurer Act. This Section is repealed on January 1, 2025.
