Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 105/5e-1

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     In addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by law, on July 1, 2023, or as soon thereafter as practical, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $10,000,000 from the Road Fund to the Federal Mass Transit Trust Fund. This Section is repealed on January 1, 2025.
