     There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the Municipal Vehicle Tax Liability Fund. Monies will be deposited into the Fund from all municipal reimbursements and fees imposed and collected under subsection (g) of § 3-704.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code. Monies deposited into the fund shall, subject to appropriation, be used by the Office of the Secretary of State to administer the Municipal Vehicle Tax Liability Program created in § 3-704.1 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
