     The Wildlife Prairie Park Fund is hereby created as an interest-bearing special fund in the State Treasury. Money in the Fund may be used, pursuant to appropriation, for the support and maintenance of the Hazel and Bill Rutherford Wildlife Prairie State Park, or as otherwise provided by law.
