Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 105/8.10

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Appropriations for the purses for certain Illinois State Fair races and certain Illinois county fair races established by Section 31 of the “Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975”, certified December 22, 1975, as amended, and the salaries of the investigators established by Section 33 of such Act are payable from the Illinois Standardbred Breeders Fund.
