Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 105/8.26-1

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Appropriations for the operation and acquisition of State buildings managed or operated by the Department of Central Management Services, including but not limited to acquisition costs, rental or installment payments and interest, personal services, utilities, maintenance and remodeling, are payable from the Facilities Management Revolving Fund.
