As soon as practical after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, for Fiscal Year 2020 only, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the amount of $1,500,000 from the State and Local Sales Tax Reform Fund to the Sound-Reducing Windows and Doors Replacement Fund. Any amounts transferred under this Section shall be repaid no later than June 30, 2020.
     As soon as practical after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, for Fiscal Year 2021 only, the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the amount of $1,500,000 from the State and Local Sales Tax Reform Fund to the Sound-Reducing Windows and Doors Replacement Fund.
