Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 150/7

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Any funds, including investment income, deposited into the Natural Heritage Endowment Trust Fund held by the State Treasurer prior to the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1992 shall be transferred by the Comptroller and the State Treasurer upon the Director’s request into the Trust Fund created by Section 4 of this Act.
