Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 212/15

  • Month: means a calendar month, and the word "year" a calendar year unless otherwise expressed; and the word "year" alone, is equivalent to the expression "year of our Lord. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.10
  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     The State Treasurer shall transfer each month from the General Revenue Fund to the State Treasurer’s Bank Services Trust Fund one-twelfth of the amount appropriated annually by the General Assembly for this purpose. The Treasurer may waive the monthly transfer of funds from the General Revenue Fund to the State Treasurer’s Bank Services Trust Fund if at any time he or she determines that the balance in the State Treasurer’s Bank Services Trust Fund is adequate to pay outstanding obligations.
