Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 230/2b

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Any State officer or other person who wilfully violates any provision of this Act for which a penalty is not otherwise prescribed or who wilfully neglects and refuses to perform any duty imposed upon such person by the terms of this Act shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
