Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 230/2d
- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day on which the statute takes effect; and the word "hereafter" at any time after such day. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.17
Every such bond and/or securities, either or both of them heretofore so received by any such officer, board, commission, commissioner, department, institution, arm or agency in the same manner as is provided in section 2c, is hereby validated to all intents and purposes as if received after the taking effect of this act.
