- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
When it has been determined that a project labor agreement is appropriate, and in furtherance of the President’s Executive Order 13502, the State department, agency, authority, board, or instrumentality responsible for awarding the project may include a project labor agreement on a public works project funded in whole or in part with federal funds.
