Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 30 ILCS 715/5

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     The Illinois State Police shall coordinate the operations of all MEG units and may establish such reasonable rules and regulations and conduct those investigations the Director deems necessary to carry out its duties under this Act, including the establishment of forms for reporting by each MEG to the Illinois State Police.
