Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 40 ILCS 5/21-102.1
- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day on which the statute takes effect; and the word "hereafter" at any time after such day. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.17
“Social Security Act” means the Act of Congress approved August 14, 1935, Chapter 531, 49 Stat. 620, as heretofore or hereafter amended.
