Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 40 ILCS 5/9-121.15
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
A current or former employee shall be entitled to service credit in the Fund for any creditable service transferred to this Fund from the State Employees’ Retirement System under Section 14-105.7 of this Code. Credit under this Fund shall be granted upon receipt by the Fund of the amounts required to be transferred under Section 14-105.7; no additional contribution is necessary.
