The Department shall control the sale, distribution and use of all tuberculin in the State, and shall formulate rules for its distribution and use. Only an accredited veterinarian or a veterinarian employed by the United States Department of Agriculture or any successor agency shall apply a tuberculin test to cattle, bison, sheep, goats, antelope, or cervids in this State.
