Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 510 ILCS 50/22

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Any veterinarian having information of the existence of any contamination or reportable disease among animals in this State, who fails to promptly report such knowledge to the Department, shall be guilty of a business offense and shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000 for each offense.
