- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
A circuit court may, upon application of the Department or its designee or of the applicant, agency, or technician against whom proceedings are pending, enter an order requiring the attendance of witnesses and their testimony and the production of documents, papers, files, books, and records in connection with any hearing or investigation. The court may compel obedience to its order by proceedings for contempt.
