Under the Illinois Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

Any person who shall wilfully, or through culpable negligence violate any of the provisions of this Division or any rule promulgated in accordance with the provisions thereof shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
