- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Copies of such bonds, certified by the county clerk, or of the record thereof, certified by the clerk of the circuit court, shall be received as evidence.
