- County board: means the board of county commissioners in counties not under township organization, and the board of supervisors in counties under township organization, and the board of commissioners of Cook County. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.07
All dance halls and road houses subject to the provisions of this Division shall be open to the public only during reasonable hours, and the county board may designate such reasonable hours and establish such other rules and regulations as tend to promote good order and morals.
