Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 55 ILCS 5/5-29007

  • County board: means the board of county commissioners in counties not under township organization, and the board of supervisors in counties under township organization, and the board of commissioners of Cook County. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.07
     The duly approved county code shall be made available for public review and inspection in the office of the county clerk. The county board may authorize the county clerk to sell copies of the code to the public and may establish an appropriate fee for that purpose.
