Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 412/5-30
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The Department of Corrections, the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Transportation, the University of Illinois, and the University of Illinois Foundation shall each develop and maintain application forms for its State-owned housing, written criteria for selecting employee tenants, and records of decisions as to who was selected to receive State housing and why they were selected.
