Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/18c-4404
- Carrier: means any motor carrier or rail carrier other than a private carrier. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/18c-1104
- Commission: means the Illinois Commerce Commission. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/18c-1104
- Registration: means a registration issued to an interstate carrier. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/18c-1104

The Commission may revoke any registration if it determines that the carrier has failed to comply with this Chapter, Commission regulations or orders, or with any other statute or regulation of this State relating to the privilege of operating motor vehicles over the public roads of the State.
